Guidelines for submitting articles to this website.

We want our visitors to enjoy our articles and unfortunately, we have some submitters who don't understand this so we have to spell out the rules very clearly for all to understand.

Any article not meeting these rules will be deleted or rejected and
continual abuse will mean that I cancel your account!

1. Submitting your articles to ArticlesHut.com does not mean you will be paid any sort of financial compensation. You will not be paid by us or any of our users for free use of your article.

2. In submitting your article to ArticlesHut, you irrevocably grant usage rights to publish your articles. This will include the resource box that you provide which you credit as the author of the content. Said articles may be used in any way by anyone such as but not limited to website publication, ezine publication, magazine publication, web blogs, through RSS syndicated feeds etc.

3. Sales Pitches: We do NOT accept sales pitches of any type. This is the number 1 reason for rejection. Repeated submitters will be removed!

4. Links: We do not accept articles that have links within the body of the article. You are NOT allowed links within the article. You are allowed up to 2 links within your resource box. Affiliate links are NOT allowed at all. Guess what - we don't allow links to our competitor articles sites either! We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or incorrect links before accepting the articles.

5. Irrelevant or Illegal Links: ALL links must be relevant to the article MUST have an appropriate article associated with it. We do not accept any articles with links to illegal or immoral activities - this includes guns, terrorism, hacking, replica clothing etc. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or incorrect links before accepting the articles but we usually reject these articles.

6. Email Addresses, Telephone Numbers: Please do not put email addresses any where in your article including the resource box and the author. It attracts spammers, gives you a load of spam and slows the server down. We do not accept telephone numbers anywhere in the article.

7. Resource Box: Place your resource box at the end of your article. Its length should be appropriate to the length of your article. Your resource box should be appropriate to your article and contain no more than 2 links. Please do not include your email address or phone number.

8. Your Own Work: Any articles that you or your staff submit must be 100% your own work - You can NOT submit articles written by authors other than yourself and your staff. You may NOT submit any purchased private label rights articles. All content must be written by you and you must be the sole copyright holder for all articles you submit. Ghost written articles are ok assuming you are the ONLY person now in ownership of rights to the article in question. Do NOT submit PLR - we've seen them all!

9. Acceptance: Submission of an article does not guarantee that it will be included in the ArticlesHut.com directory - nor that it will appear on the front page. We always reserve all rights to reject any content for any reason.

10. Grammar and Spelling: Articles with any spelling or grammar errors will be deleted;- It is your job to ensure you only submit professional content, please check your articles before submission.

11. Content: Your Article MUST contain REAL content. Articles that are thinly disguised adverts or sales pitches will NOT be accepted. Our readers want real content so please make sure that your article INFORMS. Press releases, adverts and sales pitches are NOT accepted. Articles containing content that is illegal will be deleted. This includes guns, terrorism, warez, black hat SEO activities, pyramid schemes, links to discredited individuals or sites, replica sites etc.

12. Articles MUST be written in ENGLISH. Sorry but this is the ONLY language we can accept on this web site.

13. Duplicate Articles will NOT be accepted. Please do not resubmit articles we have rejected unless you have made the required changes. Members who continue to do this will be refused any further ArticlesHut.com submissions. This includes multiple submissions of similar articles.

14. Correct Category. Please take time to choose the correct category and sub category.. Members who continually submit to the incorrect category will be deleted and may be refused any further ArticleHuts.com submissions. Just because you are in business does not mean that your article should be submitted to the business category! Over 40% of submissions are to the incorrect category and if we get a lot of submissions at once - it is quicker to delete your article!

15. Resubmitting Articles: Reasons for article rejection will be shown in your title box in capital letters. You may resubmit your article as long as you have corrected the problem. Articles submitted in the incorrect category will usually be rejected but may be resubmitted into the correct category.
